I spent last night with a group of travel agents at London restaurant Shanghai Blues, where we learnt a bit about Hong Kong Food and Wine Year (which is this year, since you ask).
The tourism board will be pushing HK cuisine all this year, and wisely put its money where our mouths were: we were treated to meal and a hands-on dim sum cookery lesson, co-hosted by Premier Holidays.
